Produced by Paul Smith's College Students at the college owned and operated maple sugar bush. This maple sugar bush is one of the schools many unique laboratories. Each spring students tap the trees and boil down the sap from this beautiful Adirondack Mountain sugar bush to create an especially fine tasting maple syrup.
